What a wet and soggy caravan we had today, Chilluns!!  Many of the scheduled homes cancelled today, and that was too bad.  The homes that remained open exuded warmth and coziness.  In one La Canada home, the agent had lovely fires in all of the fireplaces (I think I counted 5) and if I had that kind of dough I would've bought the place.

My hands down favorite is presented by one of my favorite Realtors, Fran and Rowena.  This is a split leval Mid Century Awesome Cool home with original light fixtures, beamed ceilings and original flooring on the bottom leval. The home is in impeccable condition and will sell very fast.  Very.
